Welcome Message

(Released during the launching of this website last October 10, 2010 during the celebration of the 56th Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Makilala)

The pace of technological advancement is now pacing at a break-neck speed. Its velocity is seemingly unstoppable with awesome momentum not meant for the faint-hearted. This is the world that we live in now. We are all in this circuitous race track aiming to get there first, if not at least make it to the finish line. The Office of the Mayor of the Municipality of Makilala is delighted to be with you as we establish our presence in the world wide web and join this techno-journey at the speed of thought.

Proud as we are of this achievement, we are insignificant if we cannot help in the development of our municipality. And there isn’t much that we can do working in isolation.

At the Mayor’s Office, we believe that we always give back the glory to the community where we serve.

Daghang salamat, Wassalamu alaykum wa rahmatullah. Dakell salamat!

Hon. Rudy S. Caoagdan, MPA
